KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Update 3:43 p.m. Benton PUD have shut down the power to the area on W Clearwater and McKinley Street at the request of the Kennewick Fire Department. The outage will affect 20-30 customers in the area and it's currently unknown as to when the power will return. Update: 2:47 p.m. At this time, we're told Kennewick Fire, Kennewick Police, Pasco Police, Benton County Sheriff's Office and SWAT are on scene. We have a member of the NonStop Local KNDU News Team on scene working to get more information.
